A TIME NOT TOO LONG AGO.

In this 2019-2020 America, the middle class and the low income are the new useless eaters —that Hitler allegedly spoke of —who should face extermination.
Ridding California of the low and middle income. Denying maintenance to create substandard conditions. Black homeowners are being brought out. and they won’t be replaced with Blacks. Gentrification means killing off diversity.
China’s middle class they say is bigger than the entire United States. The population of China is 1.5 billion, India is 1.28 billion and the US is 323 million people. Is it the Chinese who come here to buy up America?
I invite you to visit Hi Point St between Pico and Pickford and you will see the power of gentrification and over building. Some say parking will be completely eliminated in favor of pedestrian walkways.
Diversity will be eliminated.
STOP THE RETURN TO THE MIDDLE AGES

In the Middle Ages, there was the kingdom and the serfs. Our solution here is that the serfs have to use every legal means possible to stop these massive luxury developments. In 2016 I sued the City government of Los Angeles to help stop the illegal housing discrimination by government employees. I sued to force equal housing benefits, privileges, and services. The city connected property management company Williams Real Estate Advisors faced a motion for summary judgment and the city faced a motion for default judgement.
An example of gentrification is 1522 Hi Point St and owned by Hi Point Apts LLC business entity 201406410177 of which Walter Barratt is the CEO. The address for the corporation is 226 Carrol Canal, Venice CA 90291. Barratt’s phone is 213-908-8008. Power Property Management Group can be reached at 310-593-3955; PPMG is responsible for the lack of maintenance at this address. PPMG employees are Brent Parsons, Thomas Khammar, Jackie Gallardo, Jeanette Conway, Alva Corodo, Fidel Medina, Joel Murrillo, Javier Guevarra, Liliano Morales, Edi Hernandez, Justice Walker. PPMG’s Liliana Morales wrote today (Oct 14) that maintenance will be out tomorrow to shut off the water and make plumbing repairs. Not one word from Liliana about the intercom system which is still in a state of disrepair, a health and safety privilege afforded to white tenants and denied to Blacks tenants. Liliana refuses to respond to the denial of other housing services to Blacks at this building. Liliana is a racist.
Since recent voter approved initiatives approved money for repairs, property owners do not have an excuse not to maintain their properties.
Serfs need to mount lawsuit after lawsuit against the greedy developer barrons who are getting much more than a fair rate of return.
I support that the city of Los Angeles needs to approve a moratorium to halt all new luxury housing. The city should pass a law mandating all new housing must be 85% affordable and 15% for middle class incomes.
We do not need any more luxury housing.
The San Jose option
Granny Flats have been approved in San Jose. Builder says houses can be built in two to three months. What is taking Los Angeles so long to do the same for affordable housing?
My other solution I have proposed to the city is the tenant for life ordinance that if a landlord refuses to make repairs (seen elsewhere on this site), then a tenant can only be evicted for non-payment of rent. That tenant becomes the “tenant for life”.
Other candidates for the 10th District include Lily Larsen, Aura Vasquez, Grace Yoo, Jace Dawson, Mark Ridley-Thomas, Dallas Fowler, Khansa Jones-Muhammad Clark, Melvin Snell, Andrea Wade-Catena.

I fight for fair housing for all. I fight for less gentrification. I support “full and equal” housing “privileges and facilities.” I support the California Unruh act which says:
